After the solemn groundbreaking ceremony, the Ohana Village project is officially commencing its construction. The initial plan prioritizes groundwork and infrastructure installation, along with the construction of foundation reinforcement for the Service Block – Restaurant.

The basic infrastructure and the Service Block – Restaurant are expected to be completed in the second quarter and fourth quarter of this year, respectively.

May is one of the months with the best weather conditions in Binh Dinh. Beautiful sunny days and cool air create favorable conditions for the construction progress at Ohana Village project. Following the coastal road of Trung Luong, visitors can already observe the entrance to the project area. The spacious grounds and internal roads have been paved with concrete.

The Service Block – Restaurant has completed its foundation and is now progressing with the ground floor. Moreover, Block H1 of the project also marked its groundbreaking this month. So far, the foundation, ground floor, and columns are nearing completion.

In line with the urgent pace of the Ohana Village construction site, the Vietnamese-Japanese Garden within the Thiên Hưng Complex has also begun to take shape and become green. The pathways, water ponds, pine trees, and green lawns further enhance the beauty of the entire complex.

At the end of the second quarter of 2019, Ohana Village has undergone a remarkable transformation compared to its groundbreaking phase. The construction progress has not only been ensured according to the plan but has also exceeded expectations in many aspects.

In the Service Block – Restaurant, workers are diligently working on completing the second-floor construction, aiming to ensure operational capability by the end of this year. As for the Meditation Area, the Blocks H3, H2, and H1 are progressing with foundation, ground floor, and first-floor construction, respectively. The greenery along the entrance enhances the overall aesthetics and complements the well-designed infrastructure of the entire project.

Thiên Hưng Complex is a large-scale project with various spiritual and exquisite landscape construction elements. As of June this year, the complex has completed several key components and is progressing with the overall project construction in a synchronized manner. The specific progress of each zone is as follows:

Linh Phong Pagoda and Ten Thousand Buddhas Temple: The overall estimated progress has reached 90%. Currently, the construction of an artistic lighting system for the Buddha Statue is being implemented to create a prominent focal point during the night.

Meditation Center: The main components including the main hall, museum, library, logistics area, and landscape infrastructure are expected to be substantially completed in the first quarter of 2020.

Vietnamese-Japanese Cultural Center: The Vietnamese-Japanese garden and Zen pathways are under construction. The completion is expected in the first quarter of 2020.

OHANA Resort: The Service Block – Restaurant is scheduled to operate in the fourth quarter of 2019. In the third quarter of 2020, the 230-room Meditation Block and 30 Bungalows in the mountain area, along with the swimming pool system, are expected to be operational.

Jade Quan Yin Temple: Construction is expected to commence soon and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2020.

Beach connection, service boat bridge: Scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2019, with further development of island snorkeling services.

During the entire month of July, Ohana Village project smoothly completed each task according to the planned schedule. The developer reported that Block H1 has completed the 4th floor; Block H2 has completed the 1st floor, and the Service Block – Restaurant has begun preparing for the construction of the 3rd floor. Despite the urgent pace, a sense of responsibility, safety, and determination to minimize environmental impact are always ensured.

In August, the weather in Binh Dinh was dry and hot. Despite the scorching heat of the late summer, the coastal area of Trung Luong still enjoyed cool breezes. Compared to four months ago, the construction towers at Ohana Village now stand firmly and clearly visible. Ohana Village is planned to include the Meditation Area and the Service Block – Restaurant. The Meditation Area consists of four towers, namely H1 to H4. Currently, the developer is implementing H1, H2 towers, and the Service Block – Restaurant. According to the measurements taken at the construction site, as of August 31st, H1 tower is under construction on the 5th floor; H2 tower has completed the rough structure of the 1st floor and is preparing for the construction of the 2nd floor; and the Service Block – Restaurant is in the finishing stage of the 3rd floor.

Despite entering the final month of the year, Ohana Village has maintained a steady construction pace. H1 tower has completed the 8th floor and is in the process of pouring the floor for the 9th floor. H2 tower is undergoing the completion of the exterior work. H3 tower has completed the construction of the 3rd floor. The central Service Block – Restaurant has achieved the milestone of completing the roof, reaching a height of 5 floors.

In addition to the main construction blocks, the landscaping system of the project has also been substantially completed in the entrance area. The mature trees and lush green grass have been harmoniously arranged and well-nurtured.
