HIGH-ALTITUDE FIREWORKS TO KICK OFF SUMMER TOURISM IN BINH DINH
Immediately following the summer tourism opening ceremony, high-altitude fireworks will light up the sky of Quy Nhon at 10:00 PM on June 8th.
On May 31st, the People’s Committee of Binh Dinh province announced the program for the 2024 summer tourism opening ceremony under the theme “Quy Nhon – The Shining Seaside Paradise.”
The program is one of the special highlights in the series of summer tourism events held at Nguyen Tat Thanh Square (Quy Nhon City) at 8:00 PM on June 8th, broadcast live on BTV channel.
The opening night will feature meticulously staged and grand artistic performances with a large and modern stage, involving over 150 artists.
The highlight of this program includes two new songs dedicated to the homeland of Binh Dinh: “Quy Nhon – A Wonderful Rendezvous,” composed by musician Nguyen Ba Hung, and “Impromptu Bai Choi” composed by musician Pham Hong Bien. The latter song draws inspiration from the traditional art form of Bai Choi but is presented in a fresh, youthful, and modern musical style that appeals to the younger generation.
In addition, the organizers will invite popular artists who are beloved by the youth, such as singer Ha Nhi, rapper Ricky Star, singer Vicky Nhung, singer Nguyen Dinh Vu, DJ Jind, and Marka.
After the artistic performances, there will be a high-altitude fireworks display for the first time in Binh Dinh. With its spectacular and magnificent nature, the fireworks show promises to attract the attention of locals and tourists alike.
According to the People’s Committee of Binh Dinh province, the 2024 summer tourism series of events, which will take place from June to August 2024, will include national and international events such as the International TeqBall Tournament from June 6th to 9th with the participation of 53 countries and over 150 athletes. The VnExpress Marathon Quy Nhon 2024 from June 21st to 23rd will have more than 10,000 participants. There will also be the program “Tourism, Cinema, and Sports – Proud Vietnamese Identity” in mid-August, along with various other sports and cultural events.
Visitors to Binh Dinh will have the opportunity to experience a series of unique activities during the summer.
This event series aims to celebrate the National Tourism Year 2024 and promote the tourism brand of Binh Dinh with the theme “Safe and Distinctive Destination, Civilized, Friendly, and Attractive” to both domestic and international tourists, contributing to stimulating tourism, attracting visitors, and investors to Binh Dinh.
